From 11–11:45 am, our Mom and Me class welcomes families with young children to enjoy stories, songs, and playtime together. Each session helps support early learning and connection between parents and kids in a fun, engaging environment.
HEAL Class

From 5:30–7:30 pm, our HEAL Class class invites community members to come learn how to cook simple, nutritious meals. Each session offers hands-on practice with food preparation, plus easy tips you can use to build healthier routines at home.
